Dr Rada Bulley qualified as a general doctor at Lugansk Medical School in 1993. She begun her practice at the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital (Takoradi, Ghana) where she worked as a medical officer .In 2000, she completed her specialisation in cardiology at Lugansk (Ukraine) Medical University becoming a consultant cardiologist. She returned to Ghana – consulting primarily at the National Cardiothoracic Centre in Korle Bu- Accra for 15 years. In 2005, she took up a role as the designated cardiologist physician for the US Embassy in Ghana. She has several professional accreditations in cardiology with a specific focus in echocardiography. She has been invited as a speaker for many international cardiology conferences. In 2014, she left the National Cardiothoracic Centre to start her own private practice at Blue Valley Specialist Medical Centre. She is currently the Medical Director and Head of the Cardiology Department at Blue Valley. She is an integral part of the Blue Valley team and created the first heart failure focused clinic in the country at Blue Valley Specialist Medical Centre. She is a member and fellow of the Ghanaian and Ukrainian Society of Cardiology.
